How long does delivery take?
Karachi orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days and other cities in 3–7 working days. Delivery is Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan, free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more, and you get a tracking update on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Report a damaged, wrong or missing item within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video on WhatsApp (+92 333 0362333) or email, and we will replace it or refund you within 3–7 working days. Parcels are not opened before payment, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through our courier partners, with cash on delivery available everywhere. A 4% COD and cash-handling fee applies to cash orders; card and bank-transfer payments carry no fee. Orders above Rs. 10,000 need a 25% advance online and the balance is paid on delivery.
