Shipping Policy
Nestrio delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect from the moment you place an order.
1. Delivery charges
Delivery costs a flat Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan, regardless of weight, size or city. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more are delivered free.
2. Delivery time
- Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days.
- Karachi: 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities: 3 to 7 working days
Deliveries can take longer around public holidays, during bad weather, in busy sale periods, or when a courier is delayed for reasons outside our control.
3. Payment options and charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
- A 4% COD tax and cash-handling fee is added to cash-on-delivery orders only. It is collected in line with government policy and is shown clearly before you place the order.
- Paying by card or bank transfer — the 4% fee does not apply.
- For orders of Rs. 10,000 or more, a 25% advance is paid online before dispatch; the remaining 75% is paid in cash on delivery.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, you receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking details.
5. Receiving your parcel
Courier riders cannot allow a parcel to be opened before payment. Please pay the rider, then check your order straight away. If anything is wrong, damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video — see our Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.
